Looks like Ukraine is a GO!
WOW what a difference a couple of days makes. The last time I wrote, I really thought that my orphanage work was not going to happen but NOW?! I think I've found an organisation to go with, at a great price, and for 10 days or 2 weeks. There is a choice of 3 orphanages to work at:
Cherkassy
Irpin
Chyhyryn
I know Cherkassy has a baby house and an older kids orphanage so I don't know which one the programme means. I'd love the baby house! I think we're going to split our time between two. If anyone has any experience of these orphanages, please tell me about them - have you been a volunteer there or adopted children from there?! Please let me know. Wow, this is really coming together now, I am so beyond excited!!!!

woohoo!! i'm so excited for you! (and a slightly a little jealous!) =) i asked my hubby to go to china on a mission trip this year and he said N-O! =) a little over our budget this year! =) anyway, i will be praying for you as you prepare for your trip! and i don't know anything about those places that you mentioned. guess i'm no help in that department. =(
