Toys for Ukraine!

I have lots of soft toys spinning round in the washing machine right now, getting them ready to add to my pile of donations. I am hoping this Ukraine plan is really going to take off. The organisation we are planning on going with is called:
UKRAINIAN HUMANITARIAN INITIATIVE
Their website is a little ... basic. I am just trying to research them and get an idea of whether or not they are a reputable, trust-worthy organisation. www.realgap.com used to use them for their Ukrain programme, but that has recently been dropped. When I contacted Real Gap to ask them why, they said it was temporarily down, whilst they verified the accuracy of information, but that they had no security issues with the organisation. If anyone reading this knows of anyone who has been to UKR with this organisation, PLEASE let me know. I really, really, REALLY want to go and do this work, but I need to make sure we're safe, too!

I did have a little good news at work - I have advanced through from the application stage to the interview stage (final stage) of promotions. I just have to nail my interview on Monday 23rd Feb. Please pray for me, I have been here twice before and failed, I know what I need to go in there and do, I just need to be confident and have faith in what I'm talking about and show them I could do the job!!! I know I could do the job that I would progress to, it's just whether or not I can talk the talk, and the last 2 times nerves got the better of me. I really want to be promoted, both for the pay rise and for the progression, I'm at an age now (26!) where I need to move up or out of that place really.

Well, I hope you are all having a happy and healthy Weekend. Here's a couple of videos I found lately that really spoke to me. Turn my mp3 player off at the bottom of the page before you watch:
